WHAT: Once initial training and onboarding is complete, customers may request additional webinar training. Gremlin Social’s Customer Success department is typically able to respond to and satisfy customer support requests through resolution in less than 48 hours. Our support team is knowledgeable and passionate with speedy response times and a 100% satisfaction rating.



WHEN: Gremlin Social provides in-house support for domestic customers with live chat, e-mail and a toll-free 866 number to access the customer success team. Customers can contact the Gremlin Social customer success team by any of these methods between 8:30 a.m. – 5:30p.m. CST Monday–Friday, excluding national holidays.
